Chapter Introduction
Job 22:28; Ezekiel 37 (AMPC) Words That Activate Heaven and Shift Realms The tongue is not merely natural; it is supernatural.
It is not only expressive but also prophetic.
It not only communicates but also activates.
It not only describes but also decrees.
It not only speaks, but it summons.
Job 22:28 (AMPC) declares:
“You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you…” The Hebrew word gazar (“decree”) means to cut, decide, legislate, or issue a ruling.
Prophetic speech is spiritual legislation.
The word qum (“established”) means to stand, rise, take form, manifest.
Prophetic decrees give shape to spiritual reality.
Ezekiel 37 reveals the prophetic technology of speech.
God did not tell Ezekiel to touch the bones; He told him to prophesy to them. The Hebrew word naba means to speak under divine influence, to release heaven’s intention, to activate spiritual movement.
Prophetic speech is heaven speaking through your mouth.
This chapter explores four dimensions of prophetic speech:
- Prophetic speech activates realms
- Prophetic speech resurrects dead things
- Prophetic speech creates alignment
- Prophetic speech releases creative power
Prophetic Speech Activates Realms
Psalm 103:20 (AMPC) “…angels… hearkening to the voice of His word.”
The Hebrew word shama (“hearken”) means to obey, respond, or move.
Angels respond to prophetic speech.
Heaven moves at the sound of divine alignment.
Prophetic speech activates:
- angels
- atmospheres
- assignments
- seasons
- breakthrough
- deliverance
- healing
- movement
When God wants to shift a realm, He sends a word.
Prophetic words activate spiritual realms.
The tongue as a prophetic instrument confronts us with a question:
What realms have I failed to activate?
