Healing Words Release Deliverance

Chapter 9: The Tongue as a Healer

Read at your own pace. Pause, pray, and return to the teaching whenever you need.

Teaching by Andre’ D. Fullwood

Manuscript pages 111–113

John 8:32 (AMPC) “You will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.”

The Greek word eleutherōsei (“set free”) means to liberate, unbind, or release.

Deliverance is not always the laying on of hands; sometimes deliverance is the laying on of words.

Healing words break:

  • shame
  • condemnation
  • fear
  • guilt
  • trauma
  • lies
  • strongholds

Truth spoken in love delivers the soul.

The tongue as healer confronts us with a question:

What lies must I replace with truth?

Self-Examination

1. Who needs healing from my words?

2. What relationships need restoration through my speech?

3. What destinies around me need revival?

4. What lies must I replace with truth?

5. What healing assignment has God placed in my mouth?

Let these questions search you deeply.

Prayer Of Purification

Father, I repent for every time I withheld healing words.

I repent for every time I spoke harm instead of healing.

I repent for every time I wounded instead of being restored.

Give me the tongue of the learned.

Give me the tongue of healing.

Give me the tongue of restoration.

Heal my heart so I can heal others.

Heal my speech so I can speak life.

Heal my mind so I can speak truth.

I release healing, restoration, reconciliation, and revival.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

Apostolic Charge

Your words carry healing.

Use them with compassion.

Use them with wisdom.

Use them with maturity.

Use them with intention.

Speak life.

Speak restoration.

Speak reconciliation.

Speak revival.

The next chapter will confront the tongue as a covenant keeper, the dimension of speech that forms vows, agreements, and spiritual contracts.
